Well once again things didn't go quite as planned so a few things have migrated, those lamb skewers do not seem to want to make an appearance. I am looking forward to them though as I love BBQed meat.
Hopefully Thursday's restaurant visit with enfant in tow will go well - fingers crossed.
Monday - Quick Chicken Florentine with pasta and salad
Tuesday - Roast Chicken served with coleslaw and roasted vegetables
Wednesday -Roasted Chicken and Couscous Salad
Thursday - Valentine's Day - we're going out for dinner!
Friday - Lamb Cutlets with Tabouleh Couscous
Saturday - Rosemary Lamb Skewers with Spiced Yogurt, couscous and salad
Sunday -Fettuccine Boscaiola served with a green salad

Ah well - Menu plans are good but it's fine to be flexible. Mine got pushed back a day because we had leftovers one night. No biggie.
